Stand With Us TLC

Stand With Us is an international organization that works on positive relations to Israel and education the public.

The TLC program is a teen leadership council that not only educates teens, but it's a requirement for the teens to create a program to educate others.

I was a member on the TLC and was a student.

I use past tense because TLC is something you complete for either a year or a semester, depending on the person, and I completed it last spring for a semester.

Since I had to create a program, I joined my friends in making a drink and think, (or think and drink as some called it) to create a casual and welcoming environment to educate both Jewish and non-Jewish teens about any questions they had regarding Israel.

My experience seems lacking, but even though I was only involved for a semester, I gained so much from this and feel so grateful for being accepted into the program.
