Club Z

Club Z is a national youth group to educate Jewish teens about the ancient and modern history of Israel

It's also a way to learn about antisemitism and how to combat it.

Not only is it very educational, but it's a connection for teens all across the country

I have been involved in Club Z as a teen since the first came to Charlotte in 2019

2020-2021 year my role became a leadership position as Vice President

For 2021-2022 I was elected President. This means I am in charge of the board, and work on communication between staff and teens, as well as organize different events.

In 2019, despite being a year too young, I was allowed the opportunity to go to San Diego for the Conference where there were speakers from all over the world talking about their experiences with Zionism

Last year, due to covid, the conference was virtual but I was able to attend

In October of 2020, I went on a retreat to the mountains where we works on bonding and leadership skills

During the terror attacks in Israel of May 2021, I was given the oppurtunity to work with Club Z to not only help organize a peace rally, but to speak there.

January 2022 I was able to go to Miami, Florida for the annual national conference. This let me meet with speakers from all over the world and debate topics I'm pssionate about, as well as open my mind to new concepts and topics.
